  • PacificLink’s headcount doubled to 50.
  • PacificLink Group’s headcount reached 80.
  • DMA Solutions’ Guangzhou Office Opened.
  • An Agency & Associates Ltd. joined the PacificLink Group to strengthen the Group’s advertising Service.

2007

Jun: The Apple iPhone went on sale in the US.
  • Our official China Branch – PacificLink Interactive Ltd. was founded.
  • Avantbiz Consulting Ltd. joined the PacificLink Group to provide creative web services on middle tier market.

2006

Oct: Google buys YouTube for $1.65 billion in stock.
  • PacificLink became the dedicated Interactive Agency for Citibank HK.
  • DMA Solutions Ltd. Joined The PacificLink Group on providing high end software development service.

2005

Apr: Adobe buys Macromedia for about $3.4 billion in stock.
  • PacificLink’s headcount doubled to 22

2004

Jan: 3 Hong Kong launched 3G Service
  • Strong Growth Rate recorded at 60% growth on PAT despite the economic turmoil
  • Business Development Partner on board – Moski Mok

2003

Mar: A Major Outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in Hong Kong
  • We became the dedicated Interactive Agency for Sony Electronics.

2002

Oct: NASDAQ reached a 6-year low.
  • After the Dot.Com burst, PacificLink shrunk from 25 employees to 10.

2001

Sept: Sept. 11th Attack on America
  • PacificLink’s original shareholders privatized the company. PacificLink became an Independent Interactive Agency again.

2000

May: Boo.com, the global online fashion store, went bankrupt.
  • PacificLink was acquired by Netalone.com Ltd. by 51% which is led by the previous MD of HKT, Dr. William Lo.

1999

July: Microsoft launched MSN Messenger.
  • Creative Partner on board – Lennon Ho

1998

Aug: The Hang Seng Index closed at 7,018 points. It was the lowest level in 3.5 years
  • PacificLink was founded by Alvin Lam and Alex Lo
