Dominos Pizza, one of the largest Pizza restaurants in the world, would like to expand their business in China. Instead of increasing the number of stores in Shanghai and Beijing, they team up with PacificLink Shanghai to develop an e-commerce platform in order to provide one more channel for customer to order the pizza at anytime, anywhere.

We combined the official website and the e-commerce into one, which customers can find out products information, promotion news, store location, company information and at the same time ordering meals. The simple ordering flow allow customers to order food by only 4 steps: register > delivery method > order meals > checkout. The friendly tab view for the food menu during the ordering flow can perfectly present all the products, from Combo to a-la-carte.  Each tab represents one of the food types and all products are shown in either thumbnail or list view, which customers can select their own preference.

The intelligence combo and coupon mechanism, can allow almost thousand kinds of promotion logic,  which all the logic can be added and edited in the customized CMS (content management system). From simple image update to complication price mechanism, we design a user-friendly CMS interface whether you find no difficulties when setting up the complicated coupon pr combo logic.

Difficult in finding stores?  No Worry.  We develop the store finder application which customers can simply enter the address that they want to deliver and see if it is within the delivery area.  By using Baidu map, we clearly show all the delivery area of different stores and customer can determine the whether they want delivery or carry out by their own.

When customers successfully placed the order, they can use the Pizza Tracker application to check out the status. The application integrated with the POS (point of sales system) and can check the existing order status preciously.

Last but not least, the e-commerce platform integrated with POS, which all the orders push to the store directly without any delay.
