Objective

Nespresso, global top notch luxurious coffee brand, provides high quality Grand Cru (capsule) coffees and sophisticated high-end coffee machines to coffee lovers worldwide. We aim to market the Nespresso’s “Ultimate Coffee Experience” through social media by broadening fans base, enhancing fans’ engagement and drawing sales at both online and retail levels.

PacificLink plays the role of Nespresso’s social media agency in Hong Kong, whom is responsible in creating Nespresso’s monthly social content, seasonal Facebook campaign. And by such efforts, ultimately realizing brand building and digital customer relationship nourishing.
