PacificLink iMedia Ltd. was appointed by PANDORA Hong Kong as her digital agency in 2013 and launched PANDORA Hong Kong Fan Page in September, 2013. Our objectives are to deliver targeted advertising campaign to enhance engagement, to encourage two-way interaction and building a meaningful, committing relationship with target audiences. Meanwhile, product and market knowledge are exchanged among PANDORA and fans through Facebook platform.  Facilitation of user-generated content is expected as well. The marketing challenge continues for both party in year 2014.


Heading into the 2nd year serving as PANDORA’s digital agency, we created brand new “Loyalty 360” main idea.
With the all rounded communication strategy, efforts focusing on turning PANDORA’s channel fans into their brand ambassadors. Further from than creating Online to Offline customer experience in different platforms, we also aims to encourage better engagement to recruit more fans through comprehensive Facebook content development, and implementation of creative campaigns.
